Power Pump

This 45 minute workout will include dumbbells & kettlebells. It is a workout class that will push your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster. In this hard-core class you choose your weight and the instructor will challenge all major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, lifts, curls, and presses. Power Pump is perfect for both men and women who want to increase their power performance and strength. (LOE 4-5)
