This class is an intense 45-minute workout that combines Power Pump's weight room exercises with plyometric and boot camp-style training. The focus of this class is to create an intentional aerobic and anaerobic workout that will increase one's strength, agility, endurance, speed, and muscular power! (LOE 4-5)
