At Hot Springs Health & Fitness we offer various cycling classes. "Spinning", as it's sometimes called, requires no complicated moves to learn. Group classes and solo rides are offered! With our motivating instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!

Hard Core Cycling

This cycling class is for the advanced rider. Jaron will fire you up from start to finish. While enduring all elements associated with riding on the road. This class is not recommended for the beginner. Get ready to sweat! (LOE 4-5)

Indoor Cycling

Anyone can spin. This is a class where you really can do your own thing. Resistance and degree of difficulty are up to you. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, not your neighbor's. This is a mega calorie burning class. Depending on your weight, size and intensity, you can burn up to 850 calories. (LOE 3-4)

Epic Rides

This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced rider. Rides are designed to provide a wide range of "real cycling challenges." Inspired from Tour de France Stages, classic rides and local favorites. Expect breakaways, sprint points, time trials, hill climbs, and to do your part on the peloton... It will be epic. (LOE 4-5)

Pain Cave

A spinning workout intended to make you a stronger rider. A common term used in pro cycling which best describes this intermediate to advanced class in which the riders will push themselves during intervals, power pedaling and speed play. Expect real work, big gears and a fun time, even if the name is a bit scary. Come on in...we'll leave the light on for ya. (LOE 4-5)

Cycology

This is a spin class that emphasizes the development of mental and physical toughness. A cycling class with a difference; this session will take you on a mental journey, venturing into visualization, breathing techniques and cycling drills. This class is designed to benefit both your body and mind plus motivate you from within. (LOE 4-5)

Elite Cycling

Get ready to sweat, burn calories and lose weight with Elite Cycling. It's an intense class with a variety of upbeat music and cycling routines. Be prepared for a great workout! (LOE 4-5)

Weekend Warrior

Ride on Saturday mornings with a different instructor each weekend. They will take you on an adventure like you've never been been on while getting your weekend workout! (LOE 3-4-5)

Rev It Up

This cycling class will rev up your calorie burn by taking you through your Powerhouse, the deep abs and back muscles. This total body workout includes exercises for the arms, shoulders, butt muscles and inner thighs. A variety of props are used to keep your workout fun and effective. (LOE 3-4)
