Background: Have trained personally over 5 years, recently became certified as personal trainer. Objective is to help people see the need to maintain healthier lifestyles. Lack of exercise and proper nutrition can lead to chronic illness, high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes and other symptoms. I enjoy helping people see results from their training with me, like weight loss, more energy and stress relief. My clients range from people who have high blood pressure, heart problems, pre-diabetic, back pain and related symptoms. They vary from people who want to lose weight, to ones who want to increase muscle tone and definition. My client base varies in age and fitness ability.
