This class is not recommended for the beginner. Get ready to sweat! Hatha Yoga(Hat-ha) Are your muscles tight and sore? Do you feel tired much of the time? Deep stretching (asanas) combined with breathing (pranayama) exercises and meditation bring balance to your body and mind. Yoga tones the muscles, strengthens your bones, and gives you great flexibility. You will feel refreshed after this class. Modifications given for all levels of flexibility. Indoor CyclingAnyone can spin. This is a class where you really can do your own thing. Resistance and degree of difficulty are up to you. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, not at your neighbors. This is a mega calorie-burning class. Depending on your weight, size and insensity, you can burn up to 850 calories. KickboxingGet ready to burn some calories! Punching, kicking, boxing, jump roping, getting fit and having fun. Kidz ClubFor ages 12 and under. Enhance your core strength, flexibility, and balance. This classis best for intermediate/advanced exerciser with Pilates experience. Quarter Mile ClubLap swimming for fitness. Get your heart, lungs, muscles and joints fit in this non-impact, non competitive workout. If you can breastroke, backstroke, front crawl, butterfly or dogpaddle, you can do this class! Sports YogaA unique blend of movements and theories that include Hatha Yoga, Martial Arts warm up routines, Tai Chi warm ups, Pilates mat exercises as well as traditional sports stretches and warm ups. StepNo fancy combinations to follow, but you will sweat and get a great cardio workout. This class is designed for all fitness levels and includes basic step moves as well as fitness moves incorporated into the class. Every attempt will be made to work all muscle groups in a balance. Super SculptThis is a total-body barbell workout in a group setting. This class improves muscle definition, strength and endurance. No fancy steps – just lots of hard work and sweat. It will deepen your understanding of common poses and allow you to practice yoga safely anywhere. ZumbaThis class combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create a cardio routine that is fun and easy to follow. Zumba brings high energy and motivating music along with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries! Zumba BeginnersThis class is designed for the newest Zumba participants. Dances will be broken down and explained and will include cumbia, salsa, meringue, reggae and a variety of dance moves. Zumba FusionSculpting moves are incorporated into a regular Zumba class allowing both cardio and strength training that is fun and easy to follow. Anyone can do it! Zumba GoldLatin music and dance moves but at a slower pace than a regular Zumba class. This is a great place for beginners and seniors to dance away your worries and calories at the same time! The main purpose is to have fun while working out! Zumba KidsSame Zumba music used for the adult classes but set to a kid’s level.
