    Classes start September 13 and will be offered Mondays at 10:45 in the yoga room and Tuesdays at 4:30 in the yoga room.

    Classes are 45 minutes long for 10 weeks.
    Tuition includes an Illustrated Song Book; (2) CD's; Parent Guide and Music Together Newsletters.
    Tuition for Members: $128
    Non-Members: $138
    Minimum number of participants: 8 families
    Maximum number of participants: 12 families

After six weeks of fun, intense workouts, my BMI dropped two points and blood pressure fell into normal range. I lost 10 pounds and a total of 9.75 inches. I Zumba’ed, cycled, sculpted, yoga’ed, and walked up two mountains. The biggest mountain to overcome, though, was myself: I climbed out of a rut and got moving again.   • HSHF now offers laundry and dry cleaning service. In conjunction with Pointe Cleaners you now can drop your laundry or dry cleaning off at the front desk and pick it up the next day. A price list is available at the desk.
