Description:(Hat-ha) Are your muscles tight and sore? Do you feel tired much of the time? Deep stretching (asanas) combined with breathing (pranayama) exercises and meditation bring balance to your body and mind. Yoga tones the muscles, strengthens your bones, and gives you great flexibility. You will feel refreshed after this class. Modifications given for all levels of flexibility. w/ Frances (LOE 1-2)
