As a dancer since the age of two, I am not your average personal trainer or instructor. I pay close attention to detail such as body alignment, posture, flexibility and full range of motion. These details play a huge role in your training and overall health. Although I lived an active lifestyle growing up, I still struggled with staying healthy and avoiding injury. I quickly learned there is a difference between “skinny” and being fit and healthy. I am constantly finding new ways to combine my dance background into my style of training. According to your personal goals I design a plan using safe cardiovascular exercise and proper strength training techniques. I also incorporate ways to improve your flexibility, balance and strengthening of the core.

I studied dance at The University of Arkansas at Little Rock and I am a Certified Fitness Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). I am an SCW Certified Group Fitness Instructor trained by award winning author and fitness expert, Lawrence Biscontini.
