PHASE ONE GUIDELINES
Fabulous news from Governor Asa Hutchinson! We will reopen Monday, May 4th and business will resume as normal. Thank you for the amazing flood of calls, comments and emails of gratitude from our members for what we have here at Hot Springs Health & Fitness. Your thoughtful words, notes of encouragement and messages have meant the world to us!
We are choosing to focus on gratitude during these times. We are….
GRATEFUL FOR: A HUGE GYM WITH LOTS OF ROOM TO SPREAD OUT.
As we safely transition into our new normal your safety and health are of vital importance to us. Thank goodness we have a big facility that will allow the proper 12 ft. social distancing guideline while accommodating classes and individual workouts.
GRATEFUL FOR: A FABULOUS GREEN SPACE AROUND OUR CLUB WHERE WE CAN WORK OUT.
Not only do we have the Outdoor Functional Fitness area, we also have some green grassy hills (great for running up and down), outdoor tennis courts that can be used for tennis and pickleball, and the area around the pool for outdoor group fitness classes.
GRATEFUL FOR: 2 POOLS AND A SPLASH PAD THAT WILL BE OPENING IN LATE MAY.
What fun we have here at HSHF in the summertime! Aqua Fitness classes were taken to a new level of FUN last summer. We will also offer swim lessons.
GRATEFUL FOR: OUR FITNESS COMMUNITY.
During normal times we are used to seeing our fitness friends and we forget how important those people are next to you on the treadmill, dancing beside you in group fitness, pumping iron in 30FIT, spinning beside you in cycling class, holding poses in yoga, or cheering on your weight loss in a 20-30 Fast Track meeting. This unique time in history has given us pause to slow down, strike up conversations with others, ask about their families, inquire about their companies and take a moment to care. We anxiously look forward to Monday, May 4th when we get to reconnect with our people.
