I have taught wellness/fitness classes for over 20 years. I enjoy working with individuals and groups of people to attain their fitness goals. Some of my specializations include fitness/wellness coaching, flexibility training, speed/agility training, sports conditioning, strength training, toning and overall general fitness. 

Some of my personal achievements include:

  •  Regional XTerra Off Road Champion
  •  Completion of numerous road/off-road triathlons
  •  Completion of numerous half/full marathons
  •  Completion of numerous adventure races

I enjoy cycling, running, swimming, yoga, Pilates, group fitness classes and outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.

Cheryl Kirksey

Cheryl Kirksey, is certified with Fitour as a Personal Trainer, AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor, Les Mills BODYPUMP Certified and holds a B.S.E. in Business Education from H.S.U.Cheryl has trained in the fitness industry since 1990 and is very passionate about fitness and nutrition for total body well-being. She is able to transform the entire body from the inside out and help women feel and look their BEST no matter the age.

Natalie Berry
Natalie Berry has been teaching at Hot Springs health and fitness since 2015. Natalie is certified through AFAA in group fitness and personal training. She teaches Pilates, indoor cycling and cardio strength classes. When Natalie is not in the gym she enjoys running, tennis and spending time with her family.
Noelle Green
Noelle is a certified Booty Barre Plus A, Barreless, Flex and Flow A, and Cycle Group Fitness Instructor. Focusing on sculpting, toning, strengthening, lengthening, & fine tuning your body are her areas of expertise. Her love for Pilates started about 11 years ago. Fitness, Pilates, and Barre have shaped (literally & figuratively) who Noelle is today allowing her to connect with the community and to create lasting friendships.

Sharing and motivating others with her love for fitness brings her joy! She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and see movement and fitness from a new perspective and crave it after they leave.

Amy Barranco
Amy B began dancing at age 2 and has never stopped. A classically trained tap and jazz dancer, Amy is also a choreographer and a Fitour certified Group Fitness instructor. Amy brings over 40 years of professional dance and choreography experience as she joins HSHF as a Let’s Dance instructor.
Lisa Kuykendall
Lisa Kuykendall RYT-200 received her certification from Prema School of Yoga in Hot Springs. She has been practicing yoga since 2006.

She teaches Relax Yoga at HSHF on Fridays at 9:30. This class is great for beginners, weight lifters, runners, bikers, cross trainers or for those who are interested in maintaining balance, muscle tone and flexibility throughout life.

An essential oil is offered prior to class as you are lead through breathing and relaxation techniques shortly before the asana flows or workout. This class leave you feeling limber and more relaxed.

Lisa’s personal yoga practice incorporates cardio, toning, inversions and arm balances. She also jogs, read and works out at HSHS.

When she is not teaching yoga, she is a dental hygienist and a Mimi to her grandchildren.
Cindee Franklin
Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Cindee was initially mentored in Iyengar Yoga prior to the completion of her first teacher training at the Synergy School of Yoga in Miami, FL in 2003. Currently she is concluding her graduate studies for a certification in Yoga Therapy at the Soul of Yoga Institute located in Encinitas, CA. This will be a part of pursuing a Masters Degree in Integral Health and Yogic Sciences at CIHS in San Diego, CA. Cindee’s teaching style is practical, lighthearted, and inspires everyone to welcome each moment as an opportunity for self-inquiry… and laughter.
Sally Pierce
FITOUR/CPR certified for the past 8 years

Sally grew up in Chicago and retired after serving 39 years in education as teacher administrator. When she is not participating in other fitness classes, she is teaching Retro H20 classes during the Summer months.
Amy Barranco
